If you haven’t used your replacement in the current 6-month cycle, you’re eligible for a free Love Blanket. You can choose any size, color, or value — it's on us.
(Example: You use a replacement in January → no freebie in June. But no replacement between July–December? You’ll get a free Love Blanket for that second cycle.)

📸 How to Claim a Replacement

To claim your one replacement per 6-month cycle:

1. Send us a short video of the issue with your Love Blanket.

2. Include your order number and a brief note about what happened.

3. Once verified, your replacement will be shipped right out, no questions asked!

📌 Important Notes:

Each subscription covers one blanket. If you want coverage for multiple blankets in one order, you’ll need one membership per blanket.

Replacements can be claimed once per 6-month cycle. Free blankets can only be claimed if you didn’t use a replacement during that cycle.

If your subscription is canceled or inactive at the time of claiming, the benefit does not apply.

Free blankets are available 6 months from the start of your membership (not from the date of your original order).

All Love Blanket+ Memberships are non-refundable. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the terms of access and understand that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
