Returns & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window beginning on the date your order is marked as delivered.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In original condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our product, opened or used blankets are not eligible for return.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Return Address

Returns must be sent to the return address provided in your return authorization email.

Do not send returns to the sender address listed on your original package unless instructed to do so.

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or not processed.

Quality Concerns, Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To evaluate your claim, we require:

  • A clear video showing the issue
  • A written explanation of the concern

If a verified manufacturing defect or shipping damage is confirmed, we will:

Replace the item at no cost

or

Issue a refund if replacement is unavailable

Normal characteristics of brushed microfiber fabrics, including minimal initial fiber release, do not constitute a defect.

Steps for Refunds

As part of our refund process, please follow these steps so we can review your request accurately and resolve it as quickly as possible:

  • Provide specific details about the issue.
  • Share a clear video showing the product and concern.
  • Explain how the product did not meet expectations.

This information is required to validate eligibility for a refund. Refund requests submitted without the required documentation may be delayed or denied.

Once we receive your information, we will review it and, if approved, provide next steps to initiate the return process (if applicable).

Order Cancellations & Change of Mind

Before Shipment

Cancellations or changes must be requested within 15 minutes of placing your order.

After 15 minutes, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Please double check your size, color, and shipping address before placing your order.

After Shipment (Before Delivery)

If your order has already shipped and you change your mind, you must wait until it is delivered.

Refusing delivery does not automatically qualify for a refund.

To receive a refund, the item must be delivered and returned unopened in accordance with our return policy.

After Delivery (Unopened & Unused)

If you change your mind after receiving your order, unopened and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection and approval. Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges on opened or used items due to hygiene standards.

Exchanges are only available for unopened items.

To exchange an item:

Return the unopened product

Place a new order once the return is approved

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used blankets
  • Love Blanket+ membership and subscription charges
  • Gift cards
  • Personal care goods
  • Perishable goods
  • Custom products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Love Blanket+ can be canceled at any time to prevent future charges. Past charges are non-refundable.

Lost in Transit & Stolen Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.

We will investigate with the carrier.

If loss is confirmed for insured shipments, we will offer:

A replacement

or

A refund

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package:

  • Contact the carrier
  • File any required report

We may request documentation such as carrier confirmation or a police report.

Refunds or replacements for delivered packages are issued after investigation.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

The Love Blanket is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed during or after shipping. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

You will be notified of approval or denial

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of excessive or fraudulent activity.
