2-Year Leak-Proof Limited Warranty
The Love Blanket™ is covered by a 2-Year Leak-Proof Limited Warranty from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.
This warranty is designed to protect you against defects that prevent The Love Blanket™ from performing as intended under normal residential use.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that affect the leak-proof performance of The Love Blanket™, including:
- Defects in the waterproof barrier that allow liquid to pass through the blanket
- Manufacturing defects in the waterproof membrane
- Seam or stitching defects that cause liquid to leak through
- Premature separation of the waterproof layer caused by a manufacturing defect
- Construction defects that prevent the blanket from providing normal leak-proof protection
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Changes in softness, texture, thickness, loft, or comfort preference over time
- Normal shedding, lint, pilling, or minor changes in fabric appearance
- Stains, odors, discoloration, dye transfer, or cosmetic marks
- Damage caused by pets, claws, chewing, scratching, or animal accidents
- Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or care
- Damage caused by bleach, fabric softeners, harsh detergents, high heat, ironing, dry cleaning, or direct prolonged sun exposure
- Cuts, tears, snags, punctures, burns, abrasions, or damage from sharp objects
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper storage
- Damage caused by excessive pulling, stretching, or rough handling
- Leaks caused by liquid running off the edge of the blanket or using a size that does not provide enough coverage for the intended area
- Damage to mattresses, sheets, bedding, furniture, flooring, or other personal property
- Commercial, rental, hotel, institutional, or non-residential use
- Products purchased secondhand, from unauthorized sellers, or without valid proof of purchase
Proper Care Required
To keep your Love Blanket performing at its best, please follow the care instructions provided with your product.
For best results, machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold or lukewarm water and mild detergent. Tumble dry low or air dry. Do not use bleach, fabric softeners, harsh detergents, high heat, ironing, or dry cleaning, as these may damage the waterproof layer.
Warranty coverage may be denied if the issue appears to be caused by improper care or washing.
What The Love Blanket™ Will Do
If a valid warranty claim is approved, The Love Blanket™ may, at its sole discretion:
- Replace the product with the same size and color
- Replace the product with a comparable product if the original size, color, or model is unavailable
- Provide store credit
- Issue a partial or full refund
Replacement products do not restart or extend the original 2-year warranty period. The warranty will continue from the original delivery date.
How To Submit A Warranty Claim

- Your order number or proof of purchase
- Photos of the issue
- A short description of the problem
- A video clearly showing liquid passing through the blanket or demonstrating the defect
Additional information may be requested to verify eligibility.
Please do not send your product back unless our support team asks you to do so. Returns or warranty claims sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Replacement Claim Limitations
Approved warranty replacements do not restart or extend the original 2-year warranty period.
If a customer receives a replacement product under this warranty, any future claim will still be based on the original order delivery date.
Additional replacement requests may be reviewed at The Love Blanket’s sole discretion and require clear proof of a new qualifying defect. The Love Blanket™ reserves the right to deny repeat claims if the issue appears to be caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, damage, or repeated non-defective product concerns.
In most cases, only one warranty replacement will be issued per original product purchase unless the replacement product has a verified manufacturing defect.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from The Love Blanket™ or an authorized sales channel.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Love Blanket’s liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. The Love Blanket™ is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including damage to mattresses, sheets, bedding, furniture, floors, or other personal property.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state, province, country, or jurisdiction.
