Processing Your Order:

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Our standard shipping option delivers within 3-10 business days. (These are average time estimates as shipping carriers are out of our control but in most cases delivery happens between these time frames)
  • We offer insured shipping and free shipping options for your convenience.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order is shipped.
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • If your package is lost in transit or stolen, please contact us at support@theloveblanket.co within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
  • For orders with insured shipping, we will offer a free replacement or a refund after investigating and confirming the loss.
  • Please provide any necessary proof, such as a report from the shipping carrier or a police report for stolen packages.

Damages:

  • The Love Blanket is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
  • With insured shipping, you are covered for any damages during shipping, and claims will be processed more quickly.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • The Love Blanket is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • However, since our product is a blanket, 99% of cases have no customs charges.
